forget ubuntu for now.
I still don not understand how you can delete the driver and the older driver you say is the same.
Let me llook for another driver

Go here https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/143233/
Download the driver - Do not install
Run DDU and uninstall nvida drivers.
Reboot and disconnect fom the internet.
Check in control panel > programs to make sure nvida is removed.
With no nvida drivers do both monitors work.

If both monitors not working with no nvida divers
run the install on the driver you just downloaded
Check that the driver is 419.17
Reconnect the internet

For some reason when I click to download the driver on the site, nothing happens, "Thank you! Your driver download should be completed soon" usually it just starts downloading but nothing is happening, I searched about it and found nothing. At first I thought it was an antivirus problem, when I turned it off, nothing changed, so many problems man, it's giving me a hard time. When a problem occurs while trying to fix another problem you know it's ****ed, well, do you know why that is happening?
