Really grasping at straws here- should not make any difference because your cpu does not support graphics,
Can you go into the bios
1) make sure Pcie slot 1 is set as the 1st display.
2) disable on board graphics - I know you do not have on board - but worth a try.
3) i do not know if graphics slice ratio could cause this problem.
Pics attached
1- it was already set
2- there is no on board options in my bios
3- i dont know either lol

sorry, this is just one of those classic problems that hit you from left field and you spend way more time on it then you thought possible, or it warrants.
it was working, changed mobo and power supply, then it stopped.
but does work if 2nd monitor is not the TV!

all the things we have tried haven't helped, and they should have, logically that points to the TV as the issue.

so..... I'm thinking this is really stupid and the answer is so obvious, we aren't seeing it staring at us in the face.

or..... and I don't know why, that Samsung TV has just gone stupid and can no longer be used as a 2nd monitor.

Yeah, at first i thought it was just a problem with the tv itself but it works fine when its by itself, maybe the tv just doesnt want to work as a second monitor, it's tired of not being the main one, idk lol, well, thank you all for the help, probably just going to give up at this point, if at anytime you guys have an idea just let me know :)

I posted at another forum to see if anyone else could help and someone posted this

If the SAME issue, then using the SAME driver I said to use, follow these steps: https://us.download.nvidia.com/Wind...ktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-whql.exe Download DDU 18.0.4.6 or Newer: http://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v18046-released IMAGE HERE: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UlkGj8suaYIRIwumGF7rNIlnNsr2OZ0I/view?usp=sharing Disconnect the NETWORK Cable | WIFI (I Disable these in the DEVICE MANAGER) [win]+[r] > Msconfig > Boot(tab) > Boot Option> check the SAFE BOOT(minimal) ... Apply and Reboot. Run DDU (see Settings Below) • Select: NVIDIA Software and drivers • Select: Clean, do not restart Shutdown and Reboot. Back in normal Windows: Install the NVIDIA driver Only • Custom • Check the CLEAN INSTALL option • Finish the Install • Reboot Reconnect the Internet https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ijm3KSlOecvYCZsXeWcW7tQ9OT_Wgkk6/view?usp=sharing

depending on computer. On mine all I have to do is boot computer and press F12
It gives me an option what to boot from.
The other option is to go into the bios and set cd as first boot device.
When it boots take the option TRY UBUNTU

It doesnt give me a cd or dvd option, the toshiba one is my external drive, ive tried with it, it didnt work
