something is not right here.
You downloaded and installed Driver version 472.84 yet you are saying it is driver version 30.0.15.1165.
When you ran the installer did it show version 472.84 as per pic attached

just getting up to speed here....

you have two monitors - a Samsung curved monitor and a Samsung TV monitor.
with both plugged in, only the curved one works.
but with only the TV monitor plugged in, it then works.
but with the curved screen and another monitor from elsewhere, then you get both to work?

what are the cable choices on both monitors (HDMI, DP, DVI, VGA)?
what cables and ports on the graphics card do you use - 1) when both connected and only the curved screen works and 2) when you only connect the TV monitor and it works?

don't use adapters, this sometimes cause issues, try and just use a straight through cable. if both ends are not the same type, that's fine, just as long as there are no adapters. (and yes, it's weird, as you probably used the adapter previously when it did work).

which brings me to the next question - between working and not working, what was changed?
only the motherboard and power supply?

Basically you got everything right, the cables that i use is a hdmi cable with no adapter to the gpu (second tv monitor uses this one) and a hdmi with a display port adapter going also to the gpu (curved monitor).

When both connected and only the curved works the cables are the one i said up there and the cable that i use when i only connect the tv is a hdmi cable with no adapters

When i connect my main curved monitor with a ACER monitor my brother has both of them worked and yes i only changed my motherboard and power suply

what are the port options on the GPU?
and what is available on each your your screens?

I take it you have tried different ports and different cables?
and you have connected the Samsung TV monitor to another PC and it works, both by itself as a main monitor and as a secondary monitor?

don't worry about the IP's.
the ones starting with 192.168 are on your side of the modem (LAN IP's) and are only available from devices connected to your network,
any other IP's are on the public side of the modem (WAN IP's) and are easily discoverable on the web, that is after-all what they are for - to be easily found so your gateway and name servers all work.

Really grasping at straws here- should not make any difference because your cpu does not support graphics,
Can you go into the bios
1) make sure Pcie slot 1 is set as the 1st display.
2) disable on board graphics - I know you do not have on board - but worth a try.
3) i do not know if graphics slice ratio could cause this problem.
