Pc won't boot

It worked once yesterday. It's also the usb I initially used to instal Windows on this pc like a year ago.

Option B, Install from disk.

• You can also install windows from a DVD....

Still not up and running yet but I can't actually work on the pc right now I live in arizona and I've been evacuated from my home thanks to the Goodwin wild fire. Don't know when I can go back.
