Solved Everything spiking when playing games such as watch dogs 2

Roblox seems to be running much better. No little freezes like before, but ill have to try playing some other games too to see if my ssd spikes. Ill try watch dogs and update if anything happens / doesn't happen.

Well.... I'm still here, just.. waiting for a reply. Regarding the pc, same thing as what the video shows still. Even when watching youtube, the pc seems to freeze for a second or two and then resume - it also plays a loud noise while it freezes.
 
There's been a few red flags with this setup, post #9 and those failed drivers, a dodgy Product Key.

If it was mine, I'd be doing either 1) a replacement power supply and graphics card, just to rule those two off the list, and 2) another complete nuke from space reload of Windows.

With the reload;
  • disconnect the network so it can't phone home and auto-update
  • only have the boot drive connected
  • get the latest Windows version using Windows Media Creation Tool to make a bootable USB stick
  • install Windows, then the motherboard drivers (get the latest of those from the mobo website)
  • get the latest GPU driver
  • plug in the internet and activate Windows with that Product Key
  • watch YouTube and test
  • if good, load one game and test
  • repeat until issue either resurfaces or everything working

it's telling me that I need an internet connection, what should I do?

OK, just so happen to have a PC on my work bench right now, reloading Win11 Pro, and bugger me when I looked over at it, it too was showing what your image was - how freaky.

I was going to say that Windows doesn't need internet to install, but Win11 does - thanks Microsoft.
I'm using a Rufus created USB that has the Win11 requirements (TPM, Secure Boot etc) turned off as this is an older PC, but it still wants an internet connection to continue.

So you are going to have to bring your modem to the PC, or move your PC to the modem, or get a long ethernet cable. :)
 
Okay, so I've clean installed once again. I have not connected to the internet this time, and once I got into the OS, I downloaded the drivers (which i had download them onto a usb and then from there moved the files onto my pc). After that, I checked for updates and downloaded those security updates. I tested youtube, no freezing. I tested Roblox, seems to not freeze as much / the SSD seems to not reach 100% as frequently although there have been times where it has reached 100%. I tried playing watch dogs 2, and same result. I even got a BSOD when trying to play it - the same KERNEL_INPAGE error, although it doesn't say what failed this time. Heres a picture:
