1. How many DIMM Slots does the system have?
2. Make and model of the RAM?
1. There is 4 DIMM slots
2. It's "Sk hynix | Korea" 4Gb each, I have 4 of them, 2 are "2Rx8 PC3" and 2 are "1Rx8 PC3". Both 1333Mhz if I’m correct.

This is the information I have to have.

Mixing RAM like this causes issues as @PeterOz stated before.
I already tried to unplug the computer, and since it works without the 16Gb of ram, it is obviously linked to it, however I tried alternating between the two "1Rx8" memory and the two "2Rx8" memory and both works, just not all 4 at the same time.
Which validate that here in this statement.

Ok ! So if I wanted to have 16Gb I would need to have either 4 "2Rx8 PC3" or 4 "1Rx8 PC3" and then that could work ?

Here are 2 picture of the information you need for both RAM, and I just noticed that one is CHINA while the other one is KOREA :
