Solved Can i still buy a desktop comp that isnt WIFI?

the cable lights up and flashes when i put it in the new comp just like it does the old comp. there is a whole list of crap like verizon, fios , buffalo bill motorola , set up eedc and more but im not connected now so i cant see the rest
 
if i had 1000 dollars i would give it to someone who could come here do this
 
maybe the **** cable isnt fitting right or something, or the keyboard wont work

It is so hard for me to do all this up and down. I dont see a password. This is NOT a wifi modem. Also, i am VERY VERY UPSET RIGHT NOW, but please understand im not upset with you. I know you are trying to help
