Solved Can i still buy a desktop comp that isnt WIFI?

it stops at the **** connect at network. Now cox wifi isnt even there. Dont ask me anything else it says because im back on my good comp
 
Im on a fixed income and i saved just for this and 700 dollars just was burned
 
At connect to network
Do you have an option to skip
If yes press skip
If not come back.

It has a message at the bottom. im too frantic and wouldnt know what to do anyway but maybe you can look at it. It says if you are having trouble connecting visit this website, aka.ms/networksetup

It says next but what good is going forward when the reason for getting the comp is the internet
 
and i didnt see this but it says on top "you will need an internet connection to continue setting up your device" so i cant go past this point

It doesnt say skip, it says next, but it also says i cant go any further anyway

On the new computer
Press the Shift and F10 key
You should get a cmd screen similar to this

More good news. the next key is grayed out so i cant click it. Nothing ever works right for me
 
put the cable back in because it isnt doing anything now. maybe the keyboard isnt working. there is no light
