Do you know of any computer repair shops that are locally owned? This would be better than Best Buy.
Also, if you have a High School or local Technical College, they may have a co-op programs that will allow computer students to do the work you need at a fraction of the cost.
Doesnt the AV that comes with it cost a monthly fee? I went to best buy and they want $200 to set it up and back up my bookmarks. I was looking at an all in 1 comp that is 699. The back is totally different from my tower comp. Do i still take the cable from the ground and hook it into the modem, then take another line from the modem to the back of the all in 1?

Not Windows Defender, its integrated into the Operating System, works as good as any 3rd party, take very few resources.

Will have to switch system so can provide proper instructions so there will be a time delay.

I found a place in troubleshooting info and somehow made a profile that says john but it didnt do anything that i know of. There was nothing to click on or save or send anywhere.

Do you know what version that you are using?

Default Profile no
Root Directory C:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Prof iles\4qmfcrzj.john
Local Directory C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profil es\4qmfcrzj.john

under it in 4 separate boxes it has Rename, Remove, Set as default profile, and Launch profile in new driver

Backup for Bookmarks please feel free to ask if you get confused or any issue arises.

With Firefox open in the upper right, you will see 3 horizontal bars select that.

Look down the list and select bookmarks.

on the very bottom you will see Manage Bookmarks click Manage Bookmarks.

You should now be at the following window
[HEADING=1][/HEADING]
Where it shows Import and Backup top middle click that

From that menu select Export Bookmarks to HTML

This will bring up the save window.

Select Desktop from the far left then select Save in the lower right.

Close out everything to the desktop and you should see a file named Bookmarks.
