Type in
OOBE\BYPASSNRO
then press enter. In this cmd they are the letter O not the number zero
The computer will reboot
It will ask you for the country region
and keyboard again
It should then give you the option below

If it is till plugged in you can mix between both

The first half of the screen comes up, not the 2nd part. “i dont have internet” is clickable. should i put the network cable back in?
