    Sure, I’m thin on ideas… Perhaps if the usb works, then use it. Windows 11 is buggy and it maybe just that. Perhaps another member will chime n, sorry we could not come to a resolution…

      the usb adapter is fine. If i wanted to go drastic measures would a fresh windows install likely fix this?

            can you go back to the on board wireless card and put it back to DHCP

                    To reenable DHCP and make sure you are obtaining DNS servers and Ip automatically.

                    Run the command below in elevated command prompt and reboot the computer.
                    netsh int ipv4 reset
                    After that, post the ipconfig all as requested by @PeterOz
