Download the winsock files attached to the post here.
Then unzip them to your desktop.
Right click each of them and select merge.
Then open elevated command prompt and type, or copy paste each of these.
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh winsock reset
FRST Fix.
Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop. NOTE. Itβs important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run. When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply.

Follow the steps below.

Windows + R keys and type
secpol.msc and press Enter.

If prompted by
UAC, then click/tap on Yes.

In the left pane of Local Security Policy, click on
Network List Manager Policies.

In the right pane of
Network List Manager Policies, double click on your current network name.

In Network Properties, select
Name and type the name you prefer.

When finished, you can now close Local Security Policy.
Then download and save LSPifx to your desktop, right click and run as admin, screen shot the program after it starts, do not fix anything, just screenshot and post so I can view it.

Also, disable these two.
Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller = Ethernet (Connected) β Unplug the cable
Realtek 8812BU Wireless LAN 802.11ac USB NIC = Wi-Fi 2 β Unplug the adapter.
Click Finish and only finish!! Do not mess around with anything else in this tool!!!
Then do the following.
Hit enter after each command below.
Open Start and type cmd, then right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator
Once Command Prompt has started enter the following command. [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]nbtstat -R
Wait for that command to complete, a new line will appear, now enter the following command. [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]nbtstat -RR
4 Wait for that command to complete, A new line will appear, now enter the following command Shutdown -r [/COLOR][/COLOR]

The shutdown -r command will reboot your machine, if it does not then do so manually after a minute.[/color][/color]
Another thing, I know you say that you reset the router to factory, but how about you try that again if the above fails, and at that point only try and connect this machine with the problem adapter. If it fails at that point, then we have a narrowed down the issue to just this machineβ¦
I know itβs a pain to do that, but when you do it make sure you change the password.

From command prompt to disable netbiosβ¦
net stop βTCP/IP NetBIOS Helperβ
net stop netbt
sc config netbt start= disabled
sc config lmhosts start= disabled
This is kinda on my last leg of ideasβ¦ If the disabling of the netbios does not help, then Iβll move this thread back to networking, and tag a couple other members to see if they have any ideas.
