After uninstalling the driver and rebooting it has connected just fine so I think w have past the issue. Im eternally grateful!

note I was unable to find Computer Browser Service or Iphelper Service in my services and didnt continue on to disable netbios but will if its recommended

I think i spoke to soon it worked good for an hour or 2 now its back to no connection. It does connect to the network better after your fixes it you to drag on trying to connect. Now it connects but say no internet

Follow thru with the disable of the netbios instructions, then reboot.

Post a new minitoolbox log if issues still arise after.

Disable Computer Browser Service.

1. Press the Windows + R key at the same time, a Run Window will appear
2. Type or copy and paste Services.msc hit enter.
3. Scroll to the Computer Browser Service
4. Right-Click Computer Browser Service and choose Stop the service.
5. Right Click Computer Browser Service again select Properties.
6. Change the Startup type to disabled.
7. Hit Apply then Ok.

Repeat the same for the Iphelper Service

Yes, it ran correct. Can you uninstall the driver again and reboot, then post new minitoolbox log. I am thinking that we may need to reset the router and try to connect only this machine…

Also, does the USB device connect just fine with this onboard wireless disabled?

We might try and just set a static IP right after you reset the router, if it works ok like that. Then bring the other devices back online…

Yes the usb device connects fine while the other device is disabled. i can go ahead and reset the router

Ill wait for instructions to reset the router as it sounds like ill have to follow the instructions from my phone for the next fix

Once the router is reset, just set a static ip for the trouble machine…
Make sure the other adapter is disabled.
Make sure and change the password.

Hit the start button type ncpa.cpl
