There are two USB 2.0 ports at the back of your case, try connecting your keyboard to each one of them to see if it helps, remember to continually tap either the Del or F2 key while the computer is powering up, if it gets to the Dell splash screen you have missed the opportunity and need to try again.

The only other option is to try and borrow a wired PS/2 type keyboard.

The options are main, advance, security and Boot and neither of them have the the necessary info, on the main tab it has sub sections like cpu speed and memory speed but won’t let me go down to them it’s greyed out

Sorry but not all BIOS is the same so you will need to look around, it may not even give you any readings but Dell normally do.

It would help if you were able to take a picture of what you are seeing and upload it for us.

Just out of curiosity, how did you manage to get into the UEFI BIOS, did you use a wired keyboard?

I’ll try and take a picture via my phone, and through the settings on my pc i navigated and found a start up setting that says record and advanced start up restart, this then took me troubleshoot then advanced options then UEFI firmware settings, sorry for the multiple responses I didn’t know how to edit

Sorry to be a pain but can you take another picture but this time include the top of the BIOS above the time and date.

Am I missing it somewhere as I can`t seem to see where you mention whether or not you used a wired PS/2 type keyboard.

Not finding any way of obtaining the voltages so the BIOS on the Inspiron 5675 must be locked

Run a Dell diagnostics test to see if it picks anything up, see info here
