Anyways, I don't know if that can be useful but, before posting here on the forum, I intended to test each part switching them one at a time so I started ordering a 12600K.
If you guys think substituing it and performing some tests could be worth it I'll do that. Otherwise I'll ask for a refud without even opening the package.

What I did after the clean install was re-installing the programs I used the most.
Thats fine but you should wait until we are done troubleshooting.

Should I go through another windows clean install?
Yes. Please do not install any software until troubleshooting is done. After the clean install, please redo the Speccy and the MTB and add these to your next post.
For that matter, once we figure this out. I'd install your favorite software one at a time. Install one, use it for an hour or two, if it causes problems, you'll have found a culprit.

Is it a problem if I keep files that are stored in drives different than the OS one?
No

I'll do that immediately, but first I have to say that since the issue only occurs after a long time the pc has been powered off I don't think that waiting some time after installing a program will really be effective to see if that program is causing troubles

Due to an issue with the CCleaner site (there are no effects after I click the download button) I had to download speccy from the ms store and something strange happened upon install

No shutdowns today during this morning.

Should I install CPU drivers, GPU drivers, MB drivers and windows updates?
Windows Update forced me to update and install some updates and drivers, I only performed the updates that Windows Update prompted me to perform and I didn't install any 3rd party programs even for the drivers (but the pc installed autonomously the NVIDIA control panel).

I don't know if that changed something so I'll share new reports:

What issues are you still having?
The computer shut down and then reboots autonomously. It did it once today's afternoon just some minutes ago:
I turned it on for the first time today, I left it idling for 20 seconds and then it happened :(

So, it's just shutting down and rebooting? Hmmm.

Open an elevated command prompt:

In this prompt copy and paste this wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 1 Hit Enter.

In the same prompt, copy and paste this wmic recoveros set WriteToSystemLog = True Hit Enter.

In the same prompt, copy and paste this wmic recoveros set OverwriteExistingDebugFile = 0 Hit Enter.

Go ahead and reboot.

It just restarted 3 times in a row, the second time it happened while it was starting, so I got this error message

I chose restart, then I quickly inserted my pin and once I was on the desktop it happened immediately giving me this error message here

I chose advanced repair options and then turn off.

Where should I look for dump files?

While I was looking for dump files I noticed 2 strange things:

The first one is that I have a Windows.old folder, is this normal? I could have forgotten to clean the partition before installing Windows the second time...
The second one is that I cannot see 2 of my local drives, precisely: the Patriot burst SATA SSD and the other C partition that is not the one with the local disk installed on
