My video card's fan is spinning vrey fast and losing video imput (no video imput entering sleep mode), only in games.
 
So after the new psu installed,that you thought fixed that issue didn't?

I will wait until you post an answer to my first question, after that i will re-open your previous thread, and close this one.

yes, that error was twice, one in gta 5 in fivem with Discord open, and one in Overwatch, with Discord open.
I got some blue pages ( Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart) after i installed Fivem, but I also unplugged the psu from the electricity, i don't know the cause.

Fans still running fast...Seen this before on a older mobos, it turn out the mobo had failed or is failing.
 
I bought a new PCI cable. It works. I don't know sure if this was the problem.
 
I cleaned the pins from the PCI cable with a eraser and now is working normally.
