and my windows is laggy, a reinstall of the windows will resolve the problem?

have you tried unloading and reinstalling those two games?
are they fully patched?
what do they have in common but that other games don't have: Steam, Punk Buster, video settings, etc?

To add my 2 cents worth.
Did you replace the thermal paste - you have to once you remove the heat sink.
You are running java do you need it? Even if you need it uninstall all versions and reboot to test
Check your updates for KB5001330 and KB5000842 If you have these then you need to either windows update or remove them both

regarding your lag, while I can't say for certain that reloading a fresh copy of Windows will help, it definitely won't hurt and would at least provide a solid foundation moving forward.

in the gaming world: lags, FPS rates etc can be a very mixed bag trying to identify and remedy.
it usually comes down to a bandwidth issue: either with the internet, memory or graphics card.

Now, on my monitor appears: No video signal, entering sleep mode, the Graphics card is ok, after a fresh start

i cleaned the ram and the video card, it works 10 minutes in Blackwake and it says: no video imput, entering sleep mode

if the card is under warranty, and the fact you have no access to a trail card just for testing, I'd return it.

what about the idea of reinstalling Windows afresh?

the card isn't in warranty anymore, and i reinstall the windows one week ago

I have an external temperature sensor on my onboard video chip and it starts at room temp(obviously), so about mid to high 20's (celsius) where I live and climbs a degree about every 30secs.

so yours hitting 50 as soon as you turn it on seems very high, very quickly, even factoring in an add-on, high-end card.

what hits 50 by the way, the CPU or GPU?

otherwise, I'm out of ideas.

Apply Thermal Paste Click On Me to CPU Everyone has a different method.
The aim is a nice covering Too little = Bad, Too much = Bad (Think Goldilocks and the three bears). Pic attached

i will replace the thermal paste is one week, is Arctic mx-5 a good paste?

how tight should the video card screws be? I mean those who needs to unscrew for replacing the thermal paste. *sorry for the bad english*

if you can remember the tension it took to unscrew them, try using the same force.
in others words not too tight, kind of like, keep screwing until the screw bites, then give it another quarter turn.
