Solved Does Overclocking require a Overclocking program or BIOs settings to run?

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the actual card you are considering purchasing so we can take a look.
Some factory OCd cards can be clocked a little further using programs such as MSI Afterburner but not as much as non OC cards can be.

It is possible to squeeze a bit more performance from that card but not much, worth a read is the EVGA Precision XOC info here the better the spec of card the more OC options.

Your card already comes factory overclocked when you buy it so you won't need to overclock it more. Most video cards come overclocked compared to the reference card so when you play a game, the video card will be using the overclocked boost clocks that are already programmed into the core and memory clocks automatically with no input on your part.

No it won't.
If your video card as a 6-pin power connector then you will need to connect that connector to the 6-pin connector on your power supply in order for the video card to work properly.
You can turn down the in-game settings if you want faster performance but if the computer is stable while Overwatch is running then you don't need to change anything.

One last question, I'm using one monitor that has a DVI and HDMI port. I can do one or the other, but by visuals mess up when I do both. Including removing the icons and Windows 8 Log In Screen (It's just a light blue screen.) I have all the EVGA and Nvidia drivers up to date, anything else I can do?
If you have one monitor, then you only use one display output. Use the DVI OR HDMI port for your display output. Do not connect your video card to both outputs.
