Restart the computer to access the BIOS and restore the MBs Optimized defaults, save and exit then run Speccy to see what is reported for the PCI-E slots.
I prefer to be straight to the point, is there anything that you have done that you have not mentioned, changed anything in the BIOS, plugged in a GPU when the computer was powered up, had two GPUs in the board at the same time, anything at all that you may be able to tell us could help, in nearly forty years of being involved with computers I have never seen all the PCI slots fail while the mainboard will still work.
Not an overclocker but I know enough to be aware that XMP = Extreme Memory Profile, can I ask how come you have OCing profiles stored in the BIOS when you said in your reply #3 "i never did any overclocking"i took the battery out i didn't change anything not even the XMP file
