Problem with my Ethernet Connection

Let’s get some information from your machine.


Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.
Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens check mark Select All Then hit GO
Please post the log in your next reply. Attach or copy and paste, whatever is easier for you.



Download KillEmAll to your desktop and unzip it there.
Right click KillEmAll run as admin.
Click enter button.
Then click L
Then hit enter key on your keyboard.
A log file will appear.
Copy and paste that into your reply here.
 
I haven't read the entire thread, so apologies if already suggested and tried...

Have you tried another ethernet port on the router/modem if it has more than one?
If connecting to a router, skip that and connect straight to the modem?

In Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN Settings - untick ALL boxes.
While in Control Panel > Network & Sharing Centre > Change adapter settings > double click your ethernet adapter > Properties > untick IPv6 and double double IPv4 and set all to auto.
