Looking over your minitoolbox log there are a couple of drivers missing from your machine....

  • Download Unknown Device Identifier v9.00
  • Run it.
  • Allow it to complete.
  • Hit File >>Save
  • The default name will be DeviceList
  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Open DeviceList.txt copy contents.
  • Paste it here.
Also, these errors suggest that a bios update may be needed as well....
