You may want to meter your connection to defeat the Windows 10 Automatic Update, or you might want to limit your internet connection data. In any case, this guide will show you how to painlessly accomplish this 🙂

1.) Click the Windows logo on the taskbar and click Settings.

2.) Click Network & Internet.

3.) Select Advanced options underneath the list of Wi-Fi networks.

4.) Turn the setting Set as metered connection to On.
