    Blue Screen Of Death (0x00000133 / ntoskrln.exe / hal.dll)

    Hello,
I am writing here because I am already helpless for things that are happening on my new computer. I’m getting crazy and I can’t handle it, despite literally doing all the Internet tutorials that were.
I am on new equipment and after the format:
Every once in a while, my computer starts to lag, I can’t get into any app but what is strange: for example, one application works for me normally, but another does not even launch when I start it, or other apps lags a lot. Also then my browser doesn’t work, as if I didn’t have internet. During this β€œlag” before the computer crashes when I go to task manager, it is empty. (it always crashes after while when the lags occure). After some time of lags, the computer freezes completely and turns out with the blue screen of death.
    I had such bsod as:
    DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (almost always)
    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (few times).
I even turned on saving minidumps and when I checked them with the bluescreenview program, the files that are red: ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll.
    The error is 0x00000133
    Please help me.
    Regards,
    Oliwier.

    My PC:
    CPU: Intel Core i9-9900k
GPU: MSI RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X 8GB
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming PRO Carbon AC
    RAM: x4 8GB Kingston 2666mhz
    Power supply: Corsair RM750X 750W
Cooling: BE QUIET! Dark Rock PRO 4

    Minidump:

Logs from script ,Log collector v2" which people says is better and more detailed than minidump.

Sorry Exyztence but it is not for helpers to have to download information from external sources when trying to help other people, if you want your dmps looking at upload them here for us using only the method provided below.
    1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
    2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

Fwiw, ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll are both parts of the Windows structure so something else drove them into conflict.

Looks like the processors Threat Detection Technology does not like Discord, see info from your crash dmp in the attachment.

Uninstall Discord, restart without it and test.

              Hi,
okay, I already uninstalled it and im going to test it.
But if it’s gonna be it, what can I do? Discord is kinda important for me. I have to contact with them?
And it is the only app that seems to be the reason of BSOD?
Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it.
              Oliwier.

Did you restart the computer after uninstalling Discord, if not can you do so.

Can I ask that when you provide feedback you include as much info as you can, it saves time by us not having to post back asking if you had done each step as was suggested, for example, you posting I already uninstalled it, restarted and im going to test it would have saved me having to ask and be explaining this when I could be helping someone else.

Sorry but I can only help you with troubleshooting and where Discord is concerned it is their support that you would need.

No other issues at all in the crash dmp..

                      Hi!
The BSOD happened again. After the computer restarted, it happened again after 5 minutes.
I have attached zip with those 2 minidumps.
I have uninstalled discord already, as u said.
                      Regards,
                      Oliwier.

I wish you happy easter !
                        Minidump is above

Both crashes were caused by the GPU drivers and the dxgkrnl.sys drivers in particular.

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

                          Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
                          List Installed Programs
                          List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

                          Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us.

As an asides Exyztence, bumping your thread is rude and will not get you a reply any quicker, quite the opposite in fact and should you do it again you will go to the bottom of the reply list.

                            Hi.
When I was writing the reply, my computer crashed again.
I also want to apologise - I did not mean to bump my thread, but to clarify my previous message and wish you happy easter.
I will not do it any again and I am really sorry.
Below I attach new minidump file and logs from MiniToolBox, before and after BSOD, with all options checked as u mentioned above.
                            Thanks and regards,
                            Oliwier.
