Edit: Im testing computer without GPU. I have a lot of tabs in firefox opened and I also installed all drivers after format. I also have discord installed. So far, everything is okay. I will make updates if so.
If everything will be fine without RTX, then should I send it back? I have still warranty on it.

      Thanks for the updates (y)

There is nothing to suggest that there is anything wrong with your GPU

        Hi!
After about 3 hours of using the computer, nothing happened. No crashes, no freezes, no bsod, no lags. I have also discord, teamspeak and virtual audio cable installed. Everything works excellent!
Also I did not understand your last reply. If everything works fine without GPU and with GPU everything’s broken and there are bsod etc. then a GPU is the reason of this mess? Or not? I will test computer whole day tommorow, so if everything’s okay, then should I send the RTX 2070 back to them, so they will replace it with a new one?
        Greetings,
        Oliwier.

          It could be driver related.

Stick with your plan for tomorrow regarding the testing without the GPU to see how it goes, if ok, download an earlier version of drivers for the GPU, fit the GPU, disconnect the computer from the internet, restart the computer, install the GPU drivers and see how things go, for best testing watch any films that you may have on thumb drive or play any games that you may have on disk etc, what we are trying to do is see if things go ok without Microsoft and/or Nvidea being able to download anything in the background without you being aware, hence isolating the computer from the internet for a while.

            Hi.
As I read on internet, a lot of people have problems with RTX 2070 GPU. I will test tommorow without RTX, and if everything’s okay, I will do what u said above - download earlier version of drivers and disconnect computer from internet and try. I will update you as I have any results.
            Thanks and good night

If the card does turn out be bad no one can say that you have not done your best trying to fix things, you could even send the link to your thread to the place that you purchased the card.

Catch up tomorrow sometime after work (y)

                Hello.
The PC just frozen, but no BSOD. I think it might happened because I was playing a game for about 3 hours and IGD was at 100% usage all the time, the graphic quality in this game is kinda good. The game also crashed for me like 2 times, but when I changed resolution it was better. Also no critical errors in event viewer.
                What do you think?

                  Thanks for the update.

                  I think that you should now do as was suggested in my reply #49;

If this testing turns out ok we will at least have a starting point to come up with a plan or should the GPU give you problems you have the proof that you need to support an RMA for the GPU.

                    Hello.
I have done all as u said. After 5 minutes when I turned on PC with GPU, it froze, without BSOD. I had oldest drivers installed. There is only about 10 versions of drivers, because this GPU is kinda new. So, I decided to update drivers to the newest one but with ,custom installation" (not automatic) and I checked ,delete nvidia profile" or something like that and it did not updated drivers but uninstalled last one, installed the newest one and removed my old profile settings.
So far, everything is good. I will make updates if something will happen.

Thanks for the update (y) If things stay stable and you are happy, create a new system restore point then follow the steps at the following tutorial How to stop Windows 10 installing driver updates

So. BSOD happened… DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION as always.
Below is memory dump, I did not have minidumps turned on in settings.

Firefox caused the first crash and the second sees the return of Audiodg.exe with the conflict being with portcls which are miniport drivers, were you using the virtual media app at the time.

I was using it then, but now im again without RTX 2070 and everything is working perfectly, even with virtual audio cable and discord. I will RMA the GPU I think. I was also talking with NVIDIA Employee and I have done few steps which he said to do, but still had problems after it. He also said about RMA.
I can’t work without GPU and I think it is the only solution.
