Since I do not have the means of travel currently I’ve decided to go by your suggestion and searched for some PSUs. My current rig got the GPU,CPU and motherboard you know. The M.2 SSD I currently use a future SATA SSD and SATA HDD. And 2 case fans.

I have 4 PSUs I am thinking about albeit one is just my current PSU with 750W

1. be quiet! Straight Power 11
2. Corsair RM Series RM750
3. Gigabyte Aorus P750W
4. Cooler Master Reactor

For the 4th one I could not find en english version. It might be that it has different brand names outside of Germany

Nos 1 and 2 are proven brands, 3 and 4 not on my PSU radar but being honest none of the 4, the warranty period of 5yrs is not good enough.

Not quite, the one at my link is the upgraded 2019 version with a ten year warranty, check here the subtle difference is the colour variation.

I said that I can not boot into windows getting the same bluescreen after boot up. Now I used the recovery partition to run a cmd. With this I looked at my minidumps folder where I only found the 1 minidump attached. I also copied the ntblog which I think is the bootup log.

In deed you did but in my defence you did provide a crash dmp albeit without the above explanation as to how you got it so I incorrectly assumed that you had managed to successfully boot up somehow, don`t be too hard on me I do long hrs here (and for free) and do on occasion misread a post etc.

The CMOS fail error is related to the BIOS chip which would not normally and tbh I have never heard of it cause a BSOD, the chip and data on the chip are used pre boot and once the POST has been passed the BIOS hands control over to Windows.

Check what the time, date and boot configuration are showing in the BIOS when the computer has been disconnected from the mains power for a while.

If the computer is presently turned off, disconnect the power cord from the wall socket, press the case power on button for twenty seconds or so to get rid of any charge still in the system, connect the power cord, on powering up the computer go straight into the BIOS and check what the time, date and boot configuration are showing then get back to us.

Thanks for the ntblog which had you not had the CMOS fail error could have proven to be helpful, you will note in the log that the first drivers that failed to load were for the NIC (network interface card) this may have come about because the computer tried to boot from a network because that is what the BIOS told it to do, this can happen when the boot order has the NIC before the device that has Windows on it which in turn can be brought about by one of the following, the CMOS battery has expired, bad BIOS chip or the storage device that has the OS on it has failed so the BIOS does not detect it.

I am so sorry that I did not explain my situation correctly and that I missphrased my point looking like an attack. So sorry. I just wanted to paraphrase our conversation such that a reader with a similar problem can understand the steps we take or use them as a solution.
As far as I can tell the sitation was as follows.

I installed the new PSU and booted up as a test. Seeing the login screen I shutdown the PC and messaged you. After our talk I started preparing the PC for normal use downloading Firefox, Thunderbird, Discord and Steam. Everything went smootly albeit I noticed a short blackscreen less than a second.Next I installed my empty 1TB HDD.Then I thought it would be a good time to install the April updates via Windows update. After a smooth install with reboots I started Discord and Steam. Wanting some entertainment I downloaded Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Starting the game with default settings a windows popped up saying that an application needs a .net library and some directx stuff. So I went to the main menu of the game and shorty after it crashed. Then I started the EventManager application and saw Appcrash with my Game and some Desktopmanager crashes. I thought maybe there is sth wrong with my image and therefore I can dism.exe /Online /Restore-Health and sfc.exe. I think that but not sure it had no errors. Soon after that I got the bluescreen I attached. After reboot I collected the minidump and thoght that it might be a .net/directx issue. So I used a system restore point before the install. After the reboot my bluescreen loop with datarecovery or startuprepair started I think. I disconnected the 1TB HDD btw. Using the recovery partition and an USB-stick I check the folder and now we are here.
Edit: In the loop I noticed the CMOS failure.

I`m afraid that you did not really explain anything clearly at at all

After reading all of the above that you have done I am not really sure how you can say that this latest problem is in any way shape or form related to the original issue, you have made so many changes and installed so much stuff that all you have done is make tracking down any culprit/s really difficult.

For transparency and so that others can see that nowhere in the replies that you were sent in response to your PMs was any of what you have done suggested and that after fitting the new PSU it was only suggested that you use the computer as you normally would + after you asked it was advised that you did not use any of the testing software that we had previously used.

Just use the computer as you normally would, testing anything usually involves a stress test that heats up the hardware so should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

So I installed a fresh iso 1909. While trying to install the chipsetdrivers the programm crashed as earlier and I had to resolve to the device manager. There I manually selected the folder of the chipset drivers when there was an yellow exclamation mark.
So these problems seem familiar to those in the first fresh install. Thinking back to the PSU plan I have 14 since this Thursday to sent it back. My guess is that the GPU is partial dead.

This latest fiasco could have been avoided

Had you just fitted the new PSU and used the computer exactly as it was to see how things went had the problem still happened it would have gone some way to confirming that the GPU had been damaged by using the previous under powered PSU, because you went off and did all sorts of stuff on your own there is no way of confirming this now I`m afraid

so we have the GPU, CPU and motherboard(memslots) to consider, don’t we? I got new Ram before I opend the post here, but I had the same issue we have here despite changing Ram. Then I had a new PSU. I did 3 fresh installs 1 on the HDD I am using for the backup laptop and one twice on the SSD. Against the motherboard itself, not the memslots, speaks that I can boot into bios and the infos seem fine. Even if we rule in Windows/a hard drive. I tested the system with a linux dirstro loading straight into Ram where it had also those problems.
So I think my goal should be to follow those steps we took last time we made a fresh install, on page 2 I think, and then see from there, right?

This the last roll of the dice and if it does not work out you should try and RMA the GPU and hope that MSI are feeling charitable.
