After reinstalling Windows did you next install the drivers for the MB and starting with the chipset drivers first.
RTL8192su.sys which = Realtek RTL8192SU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter Driver was the cause of the latest crash, the latest driver is for Windows 8.1 and is some seven years old, driver download from here and driver info courtesy of John D. Carrona here because the driver and device are so old neither are still supported by Realtek, hence why you need to use the Microsoft download catalogue for them, just a btw, I have in the past found that Windows 8.1 drivers would not work with Windows 10 but Windows 7 drivers would, see how the 8.1 drivers go first, any problems, uninstall the 8.1 version and try the W7 drivers.
