What about the Avast and McAfee crap, you will be surprised how much resources those two can use up.
Okay, keep us posted and if you know that you will not be around for a while can you let us know so that you do not get asked for updates and/or your thread being closed due to lack of activity.
McAfee is gone but traces of Avast are still there and scheduled to update, you need to run the Avast Clear tool
Stopped: Avast Browser Update Service (avast)
Stopped: Avast Browser Update Service (avastm)
Stopped: Avast Secure Browser Elevation Service (AvastSecureBrowserElevationService)
We can also see in the new Speccy url that the CPU temp has dropped by almost 50 Β°C even though the second screen is shown to still be hooked up, there are traces of Malwarebytes present and you are using a Windows Power Plan that you should not be, Dell not only provides their own drivers they also have their own Power Plan and yours should be showing a Dell Balanced, how to set this correctly here
The power plan that you are using is intended for third party AMD devices that have unlocked CPUs and GPUs, these devices have drivers specifically written for them and among the functions that they do is drawing more power to allow them to overclock, only the Dell Alienware and other real high end Dell business machines use such drivers and your Dell BIOS being locked and the hardware Dell specific means that you 100% must only use drivers sourced directly from Dell.
