    Everything looks to be in order now then (y)

    Suggestion, never heard of a Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver, the one below the chipset in your screenshot, create a new system restore point then download and install the aforementioned driver to see if that helps with the thermal issue, once done, restart and use the computer as you normally would to see how things go.
