It’s possible the crashing is due to the license.
However, are your Steam games on a separate drive? If you uninstall a game & install it on the C drive does the game still crash?
Have you used Revo to completely uninstall Steam?
Download Revo Uninstaller Free helps you to uninstall software and remove unwanted programs easily. Remove all uninstall leftovers and traces

    Then reinstall Steam.

What it boils down to is you will have to contact Microsoft to get a proper license for your version of Windows before we can assist any further.
      1. Discussion of or promotion of sites offering cracks, warez, torrents, *********** or any other illegal material or any software created to download any of the above will result in an immediate ban. This includes nulled, copied or any other illegal software or operating systems.

I dont believe it is crashing due to the license since multiple members of my family got computers from him with the same activation, yet I’m the only one who crashes.

Is it possible we are overthinking things? The person in my old neighborhood was associated with a company to make computers and also had suppliers, sold to multiple people, yet no one has ever mentioned this? It seems unlikely that anything is illegal (Plus I don’t know if this changes things, but we are in South Korea, not America.(

No nothing further can be done you will have to contact Microsoft to get this corrected as was explained in post # 30.

Makes no difference where you are it is still illegal and we can no longer assist until this gets corrected.
