      ^ This is what it should look like before I hit run and then fix on FRST64 right? I have no clue why it keeps saying OneDrive instead of C:\Users\User\Desktop like you said.[/color]

          Turn this feature off.

          Thats fine go ahead and run frst thru Runx, doing this allows FRST to bypass anything restricting it.

            This is completely normal. FRST auto deletes the file.

              Ok I turned the feature off. I finally looked up and saw that my User/Desktop directory was in fact different from my OneDrive because It was completely empty. I went to desktop located under this pc and changed the location to C:/User/Desktop and it moved everything from OneDrive I guess ??? Now I guess its back to FRST and trying that again?

                      It’s made a small step…

                      Code:

                      ========= sc config MpsSvc start=auto =========

                      [SC] ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS

                      ========= End of CMD: =========
                      [ATTACH type=“full” alt=“Capture.PNG”]9474[/ATTACH]

                      Download and install the All in one repair tool, reboot into safe mode.
                      Drag the All in one repair tool onto Powerrunx64 after you download and unzip to your desktop.
                      Run the All in one tool with all items ticked.

                      Reboot and check the issue.

                          No. download in normal mode.

                          First… open Runx64 and click on the command prompt and type or copy and paste the following and tell me what errors you get.
                          Hit enter after each.

                          [ATTACH type=“full” alt=“Capture.PNG”]9475[/ATTACH]

                          net start bfe
                          net start MpsSvc

                          Then…

                              Yes. First I’d like to see what errors you get when trying to start each service, prior to running the all in one tool.

                              So first download and unzip power run to your desktop and execute the commands listed. Screen shot the errors or type them out.
