Is DOCP considered an overclock? Regardless ive tried with both it on and off as well as turning off every power saving feature and vice versa as well as resetting bios to default settings.
Iβve tried a previous driver in the past (Ive had this problem on and off for some months now) but Ill try everything listed here.Comment

Iβm starting to think thereβs some type of interference causing thing due to how much different hardware Iβve tried (3 motherboards, a Ryzen 5600x, Intel i5 12600k, 2 gpus, 2psus, 2 sets of ram, 2 ssds, win 10, win 11)β¦ I live right next to whatβs essentially a juvenile detention center. Maybe thereβs RF interference going on?
I tried without DOCP and bios set to all defaults and it wasnt any better. After one game it got so bad that whenever someone jumped in front of me it felt like their player model was stuck at 30fps and skipping frames. Everything just feels broken. And there are so many times where the game feels perfect and itβs blatantly obvious how different it feels. On a βgoodβ day I wreck everyone and hit flick shots constantly with no aim assist on controller with 0 deadzones. But when this crap happens it all feels futile. People who I normally outshoot roughly 85% of the time suddenly outshoot me 85% of the time. Itβs like the timing of the game feels off. Everything from the audio to the projectiles to the βtimingβ and pacing of interactions with other players. And I know itβs not just βlagβ because on a good day Iβll see someone lagging but itβs manageable because itβs isolated to just that one player as opposed to the entirety of the game.
Sorry for the rant, just getting irritatedβ¦
I think the only thing I didnt try tonight was lowering my refresh rate. Iβll give that a try tomorrow, until then Iβll briefly list some other things Iβve tried, incase anyone happens to recommend something Iβve done:
Playing in a clean boot
Playing on wifi (same experience plus additional lag)
Trying another monitor (165hz 1440p Asus as opposed to my Benq Zowie)
Turning off AMA/Dyac+ on my monitor
Disabling/enabling PBO
Iβve tried Win 10 and 11
Different USB cable for controller (it was the same brand though)
Nvidia control panel: prefer maximum performance+ ultra low latency
Windows high performance power plan
Disabling USB device/LAN power saving features in device manager
Using a different ethernet port on the G3100 router
Disconnecting every other devicesβ cables from the router
And probably more Im forgetting.
I do appreciate all the help and contribution to solving this problem everyone ???Comment

Alright Iβll check it out. I bought a larger case today so I can try out the pcie ethernet card I got a couple weeks back. I wont be around my pc until later tonightβ¦ When I get home Ill build it in the new case and try Quick CPU and maybe lower the monitorβs refresh rate too.Originally posted by MalnutritionDownload and run Quick CPU to see if this helps.

Sorry for the late reply. I tried running Quick CPU per the instructions in the video as well as the new ethernet card and it didnt help at all unfortunately. Only thing I didnt try was lowering my refresh rate, Iβll try that tomorrow I guess. Not really sure what else to try.Comment

Iβm gonna end up testing the game on a relativeβs gaming laptop to see if it does the same thing. Because I honestly dont have any clue if itβs a hardware problem, a network problem on my end, or some weird electrical issue at my place. Iβve been reading a little bit about dirty power and how some people say it can cause these problems. I ordered a multimeter to test some of the outlets and next week Iβm gonna turn everything in my house off via the breaker accept for my pc and internet just to see if thereβs any difference.
Might even see about bringing my set up to my relativeβs house but thatβs a bit of work.Comment
