exact same thing happens. I click and an arrow goes to the download icon where i would click to run it. There is still nothing in downloads. I didnt mention one thing. A big text box comes up. I assume its the text from last time.Originally posted by Malnutrition

Lets get a fresh start sometime tomorrow or whenever its convenient for you. You have been so awesome and patient. I clicked twice and the circle goes around and around saying trying to connect. then it stops and there is just a blank screen. Im sure its been a long day for you and me. Im so sorry roadblocks keep popping up. THIS WILL BE FIXED!! Im going to lay down. You dont know how much i appreciate your help.Comment

It already is some better thanks to you. One site is connecting after not connecting yesterday. Most sites work fine and the videos are louder and it seems a touch faster.Comment

Ok, we will clear the other download and run it like this.
Download KpRM
start the program
Check Delete Toolsβ
Do the steps below in order this should get you going.
Then download the fixlist Click me to download fixlist.
Then download FRST 32 bit
Go to your downloads folder, hit the wndows key and r at same time type downloads hit ok.
Find FRST Right click FRST run as admin and hit the fix button.Comment

I just woke up. I have a few medical problems. I did all th steps and downloaded everything. When i get to the final step and run as admin its all fine but when i click fix it says no fixlist text found. It says the fixlist txt should be in the same folder/directory as the tool is located inComment

Download it, then drag FRST and the fix list to your desktop.Comment

FRST and fixlist should be on your desktop side by side.

kprm is on the desk top but the other 2 arent and i dodnt know how to drag frst in downloads. fixlist isnt in downloadsComment
