Cant connect to websites

fixlist isnt listed in downloads but its in the firefox donload box

I did. its in the firefox download box right with frst and kprm. Its going to notepad

when i look in notepad nothing is in the notepad

neither frst or fixlist is on the icon page

Everything has bogged down to a crawl. This page just went black. Just came back

Hit windows key and R at the same time.
Type CMD hit ok.
In the command prompt copy and paste
move %userprofile%\downloads %userprofile%\desktop
hit enter.
This will move the downloads folder to the windows desktop.
Also force windows to download to the desktop.
Redownload FRST and the fix list they will be auto directed to the desktop.

Alternatively we can use another tool which may be easier for you.

Download ZHP Suite to your desktop.
Right Click Run as admin.
Hit the scanner button.
Once it is complete a file name ZHPdiag.txt will be on your desktop.
Copy and paste it here.

I did that and it didnt change anything. Still says wont work because they arent in the same place and they need to be for the tool to work. Even worse is now when i click windows r and put it downloads it says windows cant find downloads. I think this move %userprofile%\downloads %userprofile%\desktop messed thing up big time

I am so confused. Downloads is an icon now and i can see the downloads but neither frst or fixlst is there. Should i still do the CMD thing? FRST is also an icon but when i right click and run as admin and hit fix it still says they arent in the same place. I think one of them is going to norebook but nothing is in notebook
