It is most likely due to your machine not being updated you need to install service pack 2 for vista but we will get to that. No worries

For now you can uninstall it and run the log collection tool we can install Avast later, you will be fine so long as you do not download anythng unless I advise the download.

It is due to you not having service pack 2 installed but we will get to that.
