Since I see that you have wireless capability on your machine, can you test that? You need help activating it?

Sorry i am struggling to do the arn file. I have run auto run then clicked on file then save but i then dont know where it is. The only thing i can find is in documents which is a pdf file and says type adobe but cant open it anyway as says not supported? appologies for been so hopeless. i have clicked on wifi it says connected but also seems ethernet is too?

Unplug the ethernet cord, then test for a while. Also when saving the autoruns file see picture.

This comes right after the scan is complete, then you hit file then save.

ive done that and it says saved successful but i can only find the same pdf one which just says tony.arn

First open elevated command and copy the code below paste it into command and hit enter, this will create a restore point incase you are not happy with the new settings.

Right click autoruns then run as admin.
Uncheck the items I have highlighted then reboot the computer.

i have copied and pasted in command but says access denied. Also lastpass pop up no longer happening is this something you have done?

Have you unchecked the items in Autoruns, and have you unplugged the ethernet cord?

Also, I had nothing to do with last pass.

have unchecked highlights but wasn’t sure if tap 0901 was highlighted or not so didn’t uncheck. also adobe type manager wouldn’t let me uncheck it. I have unplugged ethernet and so far as i can tell it hasn’t cut off yet. as for Lastpass I’m just pleased its stopped coming on as it was very frustrating, i just assumed you’d found the cause and some of your instructions had fixed it.
