Uninstall Advanced SystemCare it is trash software, that may cause damage to the operating system.

Do you use One Drive? If not see this link on how to remove it.

OneDrive comes installed with Windows 10 and is enabled by default if you sign on with a Microsoft account. If you don’t use OneDrive, however, and do

I believe that the reason the static ip did not work is due to you running it thru powershell.

Run these four commands. From Elevated Command Prompt Then check to see if the internet is stable. I have also changed the IPV4 Address, so it’s certain no other device is using this.
netsh interface ip set address name=β€œEthernet” static 192.168.1.11 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1
netsh interface ip set dns name=β€œEthernet” static 8.8.8.8
netsh interface ip add dns name=β€œEthernet” 8.8.4.4 index=2
ipconfig /flushdns

I’d delete One drive, if you are not sure then most likely you don’t use it.

From an elevated command run this.
taskkill /f /im OneDrive.exe
%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall

As far as the last pass, you could search lastpass in everything search engine and delete what comes up.

Or, we can look at a complete list of startups with this tool.

Download Autoruns and Autorunsc Unzip it to your desktop and then right click Run as Admin.
After the scan is finished then click on File----Then click----Save
The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to leave it this way.
Attach the file in your next reply.
If the file is too large, then use catbox.moe or Ufile.io and send the link in your next reply.
