on Chrome
Top right hand corner click on 3 dots β¦
Click on settings
On left hand side click on extentions
can you see the file in the list
If yes remove
If not listed
Click on 3 dots again
Click on more tools
Click on clear browser data
clear all

Letβs try Killemall
Download KillEmAll to your desktop and unzip it there.
Reboot the computer
LEAVE THE POPUP MESSAGE ON SCREEN
Right click on the KillEmAll file and run as admin - pic attached (Step 1)
At he black and white screen Press Enter - pic attached (Step 2)
After the file has run Press L - Pic attached (Step 3)
Press Enter = Pic attached (Step 4)
You should have a text file called KillEmAll_Log.txt
