Same issues and or anything different?

Was the router installed by them or sent and hope it works?

What is the make and model of the router?

Same issues and I just had it shipped over, not hard to install at all. The router model is G3100

Just to confirm that there are not issues if the computer is directly connected to the modem for long periods of time?

Then that would basically tell us that…

The cable between the modem and router is bad.

            Router is improperly configured.

So I should change the cable connecting the router and the modem? What about the one for my PC and the router? Because my modem only has one port

So I used the two wan cables to connect the router to the modem and my PC to the router like normal and it seems to be working now. I even restarted my computer just to check

Replace cable going between the modem and router.

Might also like stated prior that there may be a misconfiguration some place on the system, router and or modem.

Were there any configurations done to the router?

Alright so switched the router and changed the wires with the ones they gave me and seems to have worked, I wanted to wait a day to see if didn’t fake out like last time.

Sounds like a plan let’s see what happens in the next few days.

Sometimes it is just the simplest things.
