So I am not sure what happened now. Since the safe mode, the PC has been acting even worse in normal mode. I open firefox, microsoft edge, opera gx, any web browser and I try to go to the link Malnutrition added, when I try to go to pchelpforum all browsers loss connection and ask me to refresh. Is there any way someone can remote access the pc? Iβm not sure if that is allowed or easier.
*Side note, for some reason the display settings were set to 164hz refresh rate, even though the monitor caps out at 120. Just strange I guess.
That brings up the new display settings. Thereβs no option for troubleshooting nor anything mentioning hardware acceleration in advanced display settings
Learn how to disable hardware acceleration on your Windows 10 computer and quickly improve your device's performance, reliability, and stability.
The problem with that is the same with what you said earlier. Even in advanced display settings, I have no option for troubleshootingβ¦ Advanced display settings just shows me βChoose Displayβ, Display Information", and βRefresh Rateβ. The right hand side only shows βGet Helpβ and βGive Feedbackβ.

In the graphics settings, hardware accelerated gpu scheduling is already turned off too.
you never have good news:LOL:
I will see if I can get another set of eyes
Iβm just not sure how with a clean install, I still have this many issues. I just got a BSOD of WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Maybe its a lot of driver issues? Thatβs the only reason I can think that would explain why it runs fine in safe mode. But I dont even know what drivers are possibly bad.
Ok, I wasnβt sure if the steps is says to take are reasonable or not. I had work earlier and let it idle in safe mode, and it has been on for about 9 hours without any issues in safe mode.
without reading all the previous posts, have you done a clean install of Windows?
with the rig running so well for so long in Safe Mode suggests it is a software issue, probably a driver.
I would backup my data and nuke the drive.
get Windows working and updated, chipset drivers and modo drivers.
run it a few days and see if the BSoD issues are gone.
then⦠add one thing at a time, like the GPU driver, then run the rig a while again.
if all good, then install some other software, Office maybe, and repeat running the rig again.
if the issue is software/driver based, eventually youβll get your error again and we can blame the last thing loaded.
