Ok, Iβll look for used ram on ebay if I can get it cheap. Iβm down about $70 in the ram I just bought that doesnβt work. Oh well, now I have 32gb for another build. Do you think thatβll fix everything then?

No one, I live in like Amish country and thereβs no one around that would even understand the question. And my friends donβt live close enough to help.
at an impasse until different memory can be used to aid further troubleshooting.
may be time to take it to a PC shop, theyβll have memory lying around, and can try different sticks.
they should also have pre-owned sticks from past upgrades they have done.

Actually small update, I was able to get used G.SKILL 16GB Ripjaws V Series DDR4 2400MHz ram for like $35 ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/224863472247 ). So in a few days Iβll be able to see further into whatβs up.
