With the RAM in slots one and two can you run Speccy and post the updated url for us, want to check if the RAM is running in dual channel mode as it should.Comment

Whether it is called crash, freeze or locking up, it is really frustrating and it affects everything I’m doing with my PC. Not to say that for some reason since the freezes started being more often, the video games performance also got down for some reason.

Your RAM is shown to be working in dual channel mode in Speccy which means that the sticks are in the correct slots.
As explained above freezing and crashes are two different things, did you get any BSOD, if yes can we have the crash dmps, if no, check the Event Viewer logs where I suspect you may get a kernel error 41 error or similar. another long winded test for you below but only if you are getting a BSOD and the computer not just hanging;
1. Create a Windows System Restore Point -
Vista - START | type rstrui - create a restore point
Windows 7 - START | type create | select “Create a Restore Point”
Windows 8/ 8.1 - Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows*8) | HP® Support
2. Run Driver Verifier -- Windows 7 & Vista - START | type verifier
- Windows 8.1 & 8 - Press WIN +X keys | select “Command Prompt (Admin)” | type verifier
Make these selections -
1. Select 2nd option - Create custom settings (for code developers)
2. Select 2nd option - Select individual settings from a full list
3. Check these boxes -
▪️ Special Pool
▪️ Pool Tracking
▪️ Force IRQL checking
▪️ Deadlock Detection
▪️ Security Checks (new as of Windows 7)
▪️ Concurrency Stress Test (new as of Windows 8)
▪️ DDI compliance checking (new as of Windows 8)
▪️ Miscellaneous Checks
4. Select last option - Select driver names from a list
5. Click on the Provider heading - sorts list by Provider
6. Check ALL boxes where “Microsoft” IS NOT the Provider
7. Click on Finish
8. Re-boot[/HIDE]- If the Driver Verifier (DV) finds a violation, it will result in a BSOD
- After re-start, you may not be able to log on to normal Windows
… • Boot into SAFEMODE - tap the F8 key repeatedly during boot-up
… • Select “System Restore”
… • Choose the restore point that you created in step #1- For Driver Verifier status
— select last option, 1st screen -or-
— type verifier /query (in a cmd/DOS screen)- To turn Driver Verifier off - verifier /reset then re-boot
- The Driver Verifier needs to run as long as possible - even if the status screen appears clear.
- All future BSOD dumps must be VERIFIER_ENABLED_MINIDUMPs - otherwise the dump(s) are of no use
If your system does BSOD while the Driver Verifier is running, please retrieve the dump file from c:\windows\minidump and attach it to your next reply.
Please note that Driver Verifier may need to be left running for up to 72hrs, you should use the computer as you normally would and DV will not affect this unless a BSOD occurs.Comment

No need to run the DV test if you are not getting any BSOD and accompanying Stop code/s.Comment

And I start to think that it might be a Mobo issue. Since some minutes after I posted the event viewer screenshots I got a freeze.
I have a USB HDD I use ti back ul documents and other stuff. For some reason this HDD does not work when I put it in some of the USBs slots. One of them being in the front, and the other that does not work is behind/rear/back however you want to call it. (just wanted to mention this, maybe it helps out finding the issue. And sometimes those 2 usb slots make issues to other stuff I connect to them as well, but only some times). After I got what I needed from the HDD (using a usable USB slot ofc), after I took out the HDD, I instantly got the freeze. Might not be related, or it might, dunno, just wanted to mention it.
Also other thing I realised is that sometimes the mouse cursor lags. Or bot lags, but freezes in places for some miliseconds for a lil bit. No matter what I am doing. And also the keyboard has a short delay sometimes while gaming. Also the internet connection in games like WoW I just saw sometimes has little issues like a short lag for a period of times, even tho it works perfect with other devices. (I have connected through cable the pc to the internet, so maybe this is also from mobo). And as you know, as I have already said, the performance in games has got down a lil bit.
I really start to think that the mobo has issues. And since, as I have said, it all started after connecting all that fans using Y cables to connect 2 using 1 slot, I think the mobo got something then. But I really want to be sure about it. Don’t wanna buy a new one and then find out it did not fix the issue.Comment

Two things that I would suggest you try if you can;
Remove the side of the case and direct a small desktop type fan so that it blows cool air into the chassis when you are gaming, any small children or pets around please be careful and the testing best done when they are not around.
Try borrowing a known good PSU for testing, a flaky PSU can cause all sorts of problems with a MB and other hardware + they can overheat themselves and shutdown when any thermal switch is triggered.Comment

No PSU available for testing info acknowledged (y)
When you got that latest freeze had you done anything different, connecting that USB HDD that you mentioned for example.
Have you tried removing the side of the case and directing a small desktop type fan so that it blows cool air into the chassis when you are gaming.Comment

And yes, I did try that, but it makes no difference. Don’t know if I said this before, but my temps are actually great, no issues there.
If you ask me, I think the issue comes from either the mobo, or the PSU. T.TComment
