    No worries.

I have just found something that might really shed some light in my freeze case. I have not yet used the programs you said in the last answer, but I will in a sec. and then I will edit the post. But until then, just wanted to say that I just got my usual freeze (second since the reseats and scans), and I have found something big. So, it froze. Keyboard was not working, sound disappeared, and the mouse did not work (just like before), but this time, instead of pressing the reset button from my PC, I pressed the shut down button, but did not hold it. After some seconds I got the usual message you get to force close programs before shutting down the PC. This is pretty big, right? It means that the issue is not hardware-related, RIGHT?

We will see, you have a large amount of items running on your machine. The last set of instructions will reduce the load on your machine. Your Hard drives are in good shape, so we know at this time it is not that.

You mentioned that you did reinstall windows, so it might be an issue with updates installing a bad driver, or some of your software you have running is not playing nice with one another.

Doing what we are doing should find the issue, it is just a matter of narrowing things down. A longer process since I am not able to sit at the machine myself…

Please run PChunter again, this time click on the Kernel Module tab, then click File Corporation Once . Right click anywhere on the display, then click export display. Save it where you want name it what you want…

Open the generated txt, copy it all – Post it here.

I’d rather you copy and paste the report as you would typing a reply, rather than attaching the file.

This report will tell me what drivers are running on your machine. I will compare that with the other information you gave to me.

This will tell me if there is something running that should not be doing so…

Done cleaning the temp files and fixing the items you said with Hijackthis and Temp File Cleaner.

Here are the results from PC Hunter: (By the way, something I forgot telling you before, PC Hunter gives an error after opening with the title β€œgvsjhfvlkqkkbc”, saying β€œLoad Driver Error!”, the only clickable option is β€œOK” and then the program starts)

This is the only thing you got from the output?

Open it back up, and under the kernel module tab click on file corporation once. Then screen shot the display for me please. It may take a couple shots, please upload the entire set..

Strange… Are you running the correct version of PChunter? You need the 64bit version. You should have a list of drivers in the box…

Downloaded the one you gave me, opened the 64 version as administrator. It does give an error about not being able to load the drivers though, as I said.

Just try double clicking it, rather than running as admin.

Ok, let’s try this for now.

                            Locate the two files below.

                            NvCameraWhitelisting64.dll
                            mdnsNSP.dll

You can easily find them with the Everything Search Engine.

Once you locate them, right click and rename them.

                            What I mean by that…

Change the .dll to .bak for both files. If there is more than one of either or each, make sure and do this for each of them.

They seem to not be working correctly with windows, and possibly hanging your machine.

                            Also, disable some windows services.

Download easy service optmizer, save it to your desktop and unzip it there. Right click it and run as admin, then select Tweaked at the bottom. Then click on the rocket, this will turn off a lot of useless items.

You will however need to change one setting. Right Click on Wlansvc β€” WLAN AutoConfig, then select start service, the edit service. Make sure it is automatic across the board, as per the picture.

Done. It did find 2 of each, changed all 4’s to .bak.

Also done with the second software, though I did not change that setting because I have found no "Wlansvc β€” WLAN AutoConfig".

Perhaps it is under a different name for windows 10, that is the service that starts to allow your machine to connect to the internet wireless. If you are still connected after doing that final tweak then you should be good.

I’d also disable the crap that comes with windows 10. This program can give you a bit more control of your machine and also lighten the load on the operating system.
