    Windows.old Issue

Does anyone have a sure fire way to delete the Windows.old folder? I tried using โ€œDisk Cleanupโ€ to no avail. Please help me w/ this.

I tried using that but it didnโ€™t delete the whole folder.

Try this go under Settings then System.
Now there should be on the left one that states Storage select that one.
        Form here select This PC
Scroll down to Temporary Files and select that.
NOTE: some time I can get it to work selecting all of the boxes and clicking Remove Files other times I have to do each one one at a time.

CCleaner may remove the remaining files/folder.

I tried that & it didnโ€™t work. I tried deleting it & it said โ€œCould not find this itemโ€ even though it still sits there.

Used โ€œWise Force Deleteโ€ & Itโ€™s gone now. Thanks for trying to help.
