Does anyone have a sure fire way to delete the Windows.old folder? I tried using โDisk Cleanupโ to no avail. Please help me w/ this.

Try this go under Settings then System.
Now there should be on the left one that states Storage select that one.
Form here select This PC
Scroll down to Temporary Files and select that.
NOTE: some time I can get it to work selecting all of the boxes and clicking Remove Files other times I have to do each one one at a time.
