On your Normal boot
Your workstation is looking for network resources and not finding them.
Go to Admin Tools, Services:
Ensure DHCP Client, Network Location Service and Network List Service
start is set to Automatic
Disable your firewall or set the Firewall svc to disabled.
Ensure Windows Defender svc is set to disabled
Did all above but just the same.
My friend has now been without his PC for over 2 weeks and has asked me to factory reset it back to Win8.1 which Iβm in the process of doing.

I would clean install Windows 10. Your license is already activated and you have demonstrative proof that the platform is Windows 10 compatible. Prior to installing any COTS, apply all Windows updates.
