So I was watching a YouTube video and suddenly it started going all twitchy, and the audio was going all staticy, and I noticed my taskbar glitching.

So I went to task manager and my CPU was at 100% ( i have a core i7) and my memory was at 90% (I have 16GB or DDR4 RAM, and the primary process causing this was wsappw. This happened for a good 5 minutes then the process diappeared. Does anyone know what that was all about? And do I have to worry about it happening again?

At first I thought Windows was updating, due to me doing a clean install two days ago, but it wasn't updating.

That process is related to the windows store, you can disable it from ever running again if you wish.
