Hello, I am new here so apologize if I miss anything required or if this is not the correct thread.

I have recently been running into some issues with my memory. I have 4 sticks for a total of 32GB of Corsair DDR4-Pro RGB 2132.
I haven't had any issues until just the last week or so.

Using my PC as I have normally been, multiple apps I'm using will crash/black screen and when I open task manager it shows 4-5 apps saying to close some and free up memory, however the memory that it shows is being used is always less than 50% usually somewhere around 30% and so I am confused as to why it would be crashing these apps.

I have several apps running in the background, usually discord, DTS Sound Unbound, Wallpaper Engine, Riot Vanguard, and steam.
I have tried closing discord and steam as they are the two biggest background apps however the problem still continues.
As far as I know there hasn't be one thing that triggers it, it seems sparatic.

I have not had any updates since this issue started, for Windows or my GPU.

If there is anything else I can provide let me know, I am attatching screenshots of my RAM from CPU-Z.
Thank you in advance
- Christian

are you on the latest Win10 version?
see what the memory values are when rebooted into Safe Mode and if they stay stable.
