So I've had this PC for about 3 years now and about six months ago it randomly started stuttering (kind of like my pc is at 1 fps) and while its doing this i also hear this loud robotic audio.

This happens no matter what I'm doing, i could be playing a game like Fortnite or call of duty black ops 6, watching youtube, and the most confusing one of them all is i could have nothing open at all on my pc and it will still do this.

I've gotten these three main errors when this happens:

-Kernel Power 41

-WHEA-Logger 18

-Disk 7

- I also got a BSOD with the error "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT"

Things I've tried so far:

Ive updated all drivers like graphic drivers, chipset driver, and audio drivers.

I did a fresh install of windows using a usb multiple times.

Did a bios update and tried to use a older version.

Left all BIOS setting default

I've replace PSU

Tried a working GPU and RAM

I even tried plugging PC into a different outlet

PC Specs:

GeForce RTX 3060

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-Core 12-Thread

32 GB DDR4 3200MHz Ram (right now i have 16gb to test but crashing still happens)

1TB HDD (currently unplugged to see if problem stops which it didnt)

1tb SSD NVMe (this is what windows is on)

EVGA 750W 80+ Power Supply (the old one was the same brand but it was 650W)

The symptoms and all but one of the error codes are typical overheating problems, this includes the PSU internally.

GeForce RTX 3060

Is this a stock Nvidea card, if not let us know the brand, they don't all have the same wattage requirement, they do however all have the same efficiency rating requirement

EVGA 750W 80+ Power Supply (the old one was the same brand but it was 650W)

What is the exact model name or number of both and were they both out of the box new, 650 and 750W sounds great but it is no good if the power is not clean and stable and EVGA who are a brand that I rate had the misfortune to release a 650W PSU that was so bad that it was rated as replace immediately when it was independently tested.

Lets check any crash dmps;

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

Well i dont have the 3060 in right now but the pc is still crashing with the other GPU i have Which is a MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super Ventus XS OC

The first PSU (the 650W) was in the prebuilt when i bought it. The 750W was new i just ordered it like 2 weeks ago

The S/N for the 650W: 2103570608842514
The S/N for the 750W: 2303570708837053

Also want to point out theres a big chance that im getting the " Kernel Power 41" because i have to force shutdown my pc via the button on the case.

Yes, Kernal Power 41 means - there was an unexpected shutdown.

It doesn't tell you anything else helpful like why. In your case, you are exactly correct as you suspect, it's the forced shutdown you initiated.
I’m still getting a WHEA-Logger 18 Error, I just got one about 30 mins ago. I only had two chrome tabs open. It happened when I was downstairs I came back up and seen that my ox had restarted. What I don’t understand is I tied Ram test, CPU, and GPU stress test and nothing happens.

How, what methods?

Do you have any overclocking turned on, at all?

More info about your PC will help us diagnose.

Download Speccy.

How to post a Speccy shot 😀

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

I've tried prime96 and furmark separate and together and got 0 errors. I also tried memtest5 and windows memory diagnostic with 0 errors.

I have 0 overclocks.

Your Dump file I ran it thru WinDbg. Do you have this driver/program installed on your system?
Easy way to check.
Everything Search Engine.
Search EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys
This Driver was in the third party drivers stack when your system crashed.
I google it, seems it causes BSOD for numerous people.
Perhaps you...Worth checking into. (y)

I mean i play fortnite which uses easy anti cheat. I see the EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys. What should i do too it?

I don't understand how anti cheat would be the cause of the pc crashes and restarts if sometimes when it happens i don't have any programs open that has to do with anti cheat, unless that doesn't matter

I see the EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys. What should i do too it?

Rename it. from EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys to EasyAntiCheat_EOS.bak
unless that doesn't matter

If the EasyAntiCheat program is on your machine it is possibly loading at start, so yes it would matter.

Test for a while with this driver disabled, and or uninstall the program.

I think probably not. This is only to test if it is causing your issues.
Test the machine for a while with it renamed.
Uninstall the program it's self as well, and if the driver is still there after uninstall then rename it and use your machine.
If there is an alternative to Easy Anti Cheat use it...?? I am not a gamer so I have no idea on that.
Also run Speccy as requested by @xrobwx71

Speccy Scan.

Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens Select ALL
Click Go
Attach the log or copy and paste.

I personally have nothing more to add here., you will need to wait for @phillpower2 @xrobwx71 to advise further, as I am not used to dealing with BSOD issues. Some I do this one is out of my scope of knowledge. (y)

The S/N for the 650W: 2103570608842514

Gets us this

The S/N for the 750W: 2303570708837053

This

Can you keep it simple and just provide the model name or number for us.

Few things going on there in Speccy but the foundation of any PC needs to be an adequate PSU and i suspect that this has not been the case from day one;
