My brothers pc is having a problem that it restarts randomly and freezes. Happens when gaming and looking on youtube.

I have stress tested ram with memtest, cpu with prime95, hard drives with something random, gpu with furmark.

Crash happend once while doing gpu stresstest. I did it 4 more times no crash.

Pc specs are:

MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Ventus OC HDMI 3xDP 11GB
NZXT Kraken X62
Corsair RM850X V2 850W
ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F GAMING
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz 32GB

Any help?

first thing I'd be doing is removing all possible components, brush off any dust build-up, wipe off component's circuitry and mobo slot, reseat and see if that helps.

next would be running the rig with only one memory stick at a time.
then you could try removing the GPU and running the rig on just the DP or HDMI ports on the mobo long enough to see if it still randomly reboots.
