Windows 10 home version 2004
4 years ago I built a Pc and never had any problems with it. A week ago I decided to move my Pc to clean my room, i cleaned it and moved it back. It was fine for a day or then it began having this issue were it would say it's connected to WiFi at my house, however the web pages would load up extremely slow. For instance google would load after 5mins but if I tried another search it would say connection interrupted, or can't reach this page and websites with videos such as YouTube would never load, all this time it would say WiFi connected with internet. All of my other devices that use WiFi such as phones and tablet work completely fine and quick. It also shows on my Pc the WiFi signal is strong.
I have tried everything I know and researched to fix this problem. I have tried resetting the Pc and the modem. Forgot my WiFi network and reconnected. Literally removing my network adapter from the Pc and putting it back in case it was loose located in PCI bus 5. Disabled and re enabled network adapter. Tried disabling ipv6 and just using ipv4. Scanned for hardware changes in device manager, using the trouble shooting in network and settings, a network reset, changing the DNS sever to a manual one under change network adapter options, disabling the firewall. Restored advance internet settings, checked if airplane mode is turned on, updated network driver. In services checked if DHCP client is running, if network services are all running, turned WWAN autoconfig to automatic and started it.
As well a ton of commands in cmd run as administrator such as reset winsoc and ip logs, flush dns, ipconfig release, ipconfig renew.
Lastly since I reinstalled my windows operating system windows 10 2004. When I did this I could not even see WiFi as an option anymore only Ethernet, so i plugged in my Pc using an Ethernet port and whenever i do this the internet works fine however the modem is very far from my room and this is not a permanent fix. Lastly i installed driver booster 8 and updated all my drivers, and I had a spark of joy as when i restarted my PC i saw the WiFi option so I disconnected my Ethernet and the WiFi actually worked perfectly. So i moved my Pc back to my room and it worked fine for a couple of hours and i was ecstatic. But then horror struck, it occurred again saying I'm connected to my WiFi, however web pages will not load the exact same problem I started with, and I cannot update my drivers anymore as they are up to date. Please help me I do not know what to do anymore, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
